YOGA
Find balance and strength with Ashtanga Vinyasa and Yin Yoga, tailored for all levels. Explore playful and intuitive Synergy Yoga combined with dance to come out of your mind and fully into your body.
ICE BATHING

Retreat Hosts
AUTUMN
Food, movement, and connection are what bring me joy. As a food designer, I work with seasonal, organic, plant-based ingredients to create meals that nourish and inspire. I recently published my cookbook, Homemade Vegan, which celebrates the creativity and connection food brings. I love bringing people together around the kitchen table to share food and meaningful moments.
As a yoga teacher, my focus is on helping people connect to themselves—their body, breath, and the present moment. Yoga is an opportunity to embrace movement, stillness, and the sensations that ground us.
I’m trained in Ashtanga Vinyasa and Yin Yoga, and I aim to make yoga accessible and welcoming for everyone. My classes are creative and playful, whilst drawing from the wisdom of yoga philosophy. I also incorporate poetry, adding depth and reflection to the practice.
Breathing plays a central role in my teaching, as I’m trained in Pranayama. The breath is the thread that ties the practice together, guiding transitions and anchoring the experience.

Close your eyes, move with me, and let your body guide you. Smile, feel loved, and share that love. This is the energy I bring to my yoga classes—sometimes calm and introspective, other times energetic and full of laughter and movement. Whatever the style, you’ll always feel my warmth, kindness, and positive energy.
I’m trained in Synergy Yoga, a practice that blends yoga, physiotherapy, and dance. This method focuses on core movement, natural breathing, and gentle stretching, making it a healthy and enjoyable approach for everyone—especially those with small health challenges like I’ve had, such as years of lower back pain. Synergy Yoga is my favorite way to move, and I love sharing it with others.
I also completed an Ashtanga and Vinyasa Teacher Training in Rishikesh, India. You’ll see this influence in my active, dynamic flows and in moments of chanting mantras that I learned from my teachers in India.
Beyond yoga, one of my greatest joys is guiding cold-water bathing experiences. For me, it’s a time of pure presence and aliveness, surrounded by nothing but water and the moment itself. It’s a transformative practice I’m excited to share with you.
