We are a small collective, being run just by two women, Autumn and Sandrina. So every person who chooses to come with us on Retreats means a lot. Therefore, we put our passion and love into creating a unique experience with you. We’d appreciate if you’d read our terms and conditions in-depth beforehand so that there is no misunderstanding or disappointment.

Cancellation & Reschedule Policy

To secure and confirm your place on the retreat, a deposit of 340 € must be made. If you cancel anytime before 14 days prior to arrival, you will lose your initial deposit payment but you will not have to pay the remaining amount for the retreat. If you cancel within 14 days before the retreat start day, you will have to pay the full amount. In special cases, if we can fill your place again then we can give you the costs back, however, 50 euros administration fee will be kept.

Travel & Health Insurance

We strongly recommend to check your insurance policies, to make sure that your travels to and back from the retreat and your stay are covered. If not, we recommend purchasing additional travel insurance for these days. Furthermore, note that you participate in the classes, cold water swimming sessions, workshops and rituals at your own risk and you must employ your own judgment as to which movements, positions, and exercises are appropriate for your level of training, overall physical fitness and experience as well as mental stability. We are therefore not liable for any injury that you may have during or after the Retreat. By booking with us you accept that the risk is in your own hands.
