This isn’t your average yoga class.
It’s a Joy event - which means it’s about moving in ways that feel good, laughing a bit (maybe a lot), connecting over great food, and remembering that life doesn’t have to be so serious.
Part 1 YOGA:
A playful, feel-good yoga class open to all levels. Whether you're a seasoned yogi or a total newbie, this class is about moving in ways that feel good. We’ll stretch, flow, wobble, breathe, shake, and maybe even boogie — all with the aim of feeling more at home in our bodies. Expect creativity, smiles, and space to move with joy.
Part 2: FOOD:
After moving, we’ll gather for a casual sit-down with tasters from Autumn’s new cookbook Homemade Vegan — colourful, delicious, plant-based dishes made with love. Think of it like a tiny tasting menu paired with herbal teas and nice conversations and a chance to connect. You might leave with a new friend… or a new favourite recipe.
WORKSHOP HOST
Autumn is the founder of Joy, a yoga teacher (trained in both Ashtanga Vinyasa and Yin), retreat leader, and author of Homemade Vegan. She’s passionate about bringing people together through food, movement, and meaningful connection — and she’s super excited to bring this Joy event to her hometown of Bath and host it at her favourite yoga studio in town!
